Tonight's game ball in a loooonnnnggg hard fought game went to Will with five solid hits in five appearances at the plate. His hits were key in driving in runs and keeping us alive in several innings. He was reliable on defense, keeping with his heads-up play from all season long.
We started a little rusty from our week-and-a-half break, but the team really responded and we were back to our old form by mid-game. We played a really tough opponent tonight, and held our own.
